Description
compile a list of packages that are on SP2 but got updated in 42.2, like e.g. texlive. Those need to be submitted for SP3.

ok, and which of those do we need to submit back to SP3? :-) The raw list includes things like e.g. Xorg that we know is different and cannot be merged. texlive is missing from the list
yep, I see the problem and fixed. raw list updated.
drop out the package has same source between 42.1 and 42.2. so 252 package candidate now.
