Description
As staging prjs are the new groups now, we need to make sure we accept things together. So accept needs to:
- ACK the review (factory-staging for now, by_project later)
- accept the requests into factory
- add additional packages into the ring projects (no meta data for that yet)
- cleanup the packages from staging prj - including meta data
- build disable the prj

as right now accept is removed completely, this became an urgent issue :)
