Motivation

This is a sporadic issue for ha installation, it is connecting register server but failed for 'Unknown popup message', need investigate the root cause.

Additional info

I have some thought about it, maybe a needle with tag of 'warning-pop-up' cause test enter wrong branch, not sure, need more investigation.

Based on the comments in PR, I add a needle of autoyast-contacting-registration-server-20231127, the issue is resolved, VRs:
