openSUSE admin

Dear heroes,

our Google summer of Code student wants to transfer his github project
over to openSUSE.
Unfortunately, as far as we can see, he is neither able to transfer it
to openSUSE on his own ("You don't have the permission to create public
repos on openSUSE"), nor can he add us as admins, because this feature
is apparently not supported for home-repos.

If any of you could find the time to take a look, that would be very
much appreciated:

Ideally, we'd like to have the repo under the openSUSE-org and us 3 as
admins of it.
