Fails since (at least) Build :31240:MozillaFirefox (current job)

Expected result

Last good: :31247:vorbis-tools (or more recent)

Always latest result in this scenario: latest

needle fails to match likely due to messed up line-drawing characters

I created workaround needle for this issue which is happening randomly, won't be fixed for 15-SP1 which is soon out of support.
