currently there seems to be a pretty easy issue to fix as visible in https://openqa.suse.de/tests/620153#step/yast2_bootloader/4 which is that an installation dialog needs to be confirmed.

The package "kexec-tools" is only available in 'allpatterns' qcow2 image that why this doesn't fail.
- The fast and simple solution will be to install whit package before or after checking the existence of yast2-bootloader package itself.
- More complicated will be to wait the screen for the popup message about missing package and send additional 'alt-i' keystroke.
- Propose your/alternative solution.
If nobody will disagree I will go with 1st option :)
