Motivation

openQA test in scenario sle-micro-5.4-Default-Updates-x86_64-slem_migration_5.4_to_5.5@64bit fails in
journal_check

This test is SLE Micro 5.4 migration to SLE Micro 5.5.

As discussed offline in slack channel https://suse.slack.com/archives/C02CLB2LB7Z/p1694860188096299, we can be safe to add a new whitelist for bsc#1215377.
We can push a quick pull request to softfail the test if hit the same issue.

Acceptance criteria

AC1 : Add a new whitelist and run VRs to make sure all affected jobs can pass
