Description

progress.i.o.o has a queue of 86 mails showing this error. Goes back to Sunday 10 September. I'm guessing the "502" might be the http error code.

Most seem to be from 12 September, but they haven't stopped - there are some from 13, 14 and today too.
@crameleon I'm not sure what the status of the redmine upgrade is - on progress.i.o.o, the redmine server was stopped on 19 August, but it looks like (some?) mails are still being sent there, due to redmine+admin@progress.infra.opensuse.org still being subscribed.

Quite a few are non-delivery reports, perhaps due to spam. Maybe I'll go through them, if I feel bored.

"ghgfjgfj" is some gobbledegook - appears in 40-45 of those. I have just now deleted them:

postqueue -p | egrep '^[0-9A-F]' | while read q rest; do postcat -q $q | grep -q ghgfjgfj && echo $q; done | xargs -r -n1 postsuper -d

Hi Per,

thanks for the help. I noticed Icinga reporting a big mail queue on progress.i.o.o but I didn't get to investigate it yet. Technically all mail should go to progressoo.i.o.o now and our admin@ address works as expected. The Redmine mailer is running on localhost on the new machine, it's expected for the old one to no longer reach a Redmine backend. Maybe there are some more systems routing emails to the old machine.

I originally wanted to shut down and remove the old machine but I figured I might want to re-use it as a test system. But then again we would need to migrate that soon.

I'll unsubscribe the old address then.

Now I understand - it was just the address being subscribed in addition to the new one.

I'll unsubscribe the old address then.

Perfect, thank you!
