Motivation

Following the updated test matrix (see draft redesign matrix), we need to create support image on SLE 15 SP4 with minimal role.

There is no definition for role on autoyast, if can't set minimal role on autoyast to create the qcow, please create the support image on regular way.

Note: create the image in new job group.

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Create support image on SLE 15 SP4 with minimal role.
AC2: Create/modify configuration for running corresponding migrations

Additional info

About the test name and qcow name please follow the name document
