Observation¶
From the retro:
Alert handling, still many messages unattended while users report problems which we could prevent by quicker reaction to our own alerts

Suggestions¶
- Add context to the initial statement
- Status changed from New to Feedback
- Assignee set to livdywan
- Status changed from Feedback to Resolved
We discussed this also in the Unblock. Our best practices are pretty good, and this was probably more severe due to the number of alerts in this particular situation.
