[tools] MTUI to check for install log duplicates

Description

When exporting openQA test results to MTUI, I often encounter duplicated logs:

mtui-auto> export

MTUI should contain check for those duplicates and act accordingly.

Acceptance Criteria
AC1: MTUI no longer reports duplicated logs.
