Observation

RR 30051 got revoked and now all install test are failing. Only options are softfail or retrigger the bot schedule (too late in the day I guess).

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP4-Server-DVD-Updates-aarch64-qam-minimal+base@aarch64-virtio fails in
patch_and_reboot
