As discussed in https://suse.slack.com/archives/C02D16TCP99/p1690270035157809, we can add softfail for this failure.
I will file a bug against to this issue later, at the same time, we can add softfail workaround to our test code.

This is generally not good to do for maint updates because it will approve the broken update.
We should just wait for the bug and update should be rejected until then if it's blocking other updates.

Yes, that makes sense. I made the changes based on the ticket requirement. We can even drop this PR. It's just a minor addition in the code.
