Look into job groups owned by Yam squad (even the development ones) and change the configuration for SLE 15 SP6

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Change required configuration for YaST and Migration scope to enable SLE 15 SP6 on time

Additional information

We can already start this task and a have a draft with the preparation only merged when the product is ready, before that we should be able to continue working in SP5 without disruption.
