'msdos' cannot be found at aarch64, looks like accidentally missing as we don't remember any reason why was disabled.

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Enable msdos scenario for aarch64 using the current state of our solution for yaml based on defaults.

  • Now blocked by scc issue. SCC registration failed
