Description

Hi!

The Perl 6 programming language has been renamed to Raku back in 2019.
However, the OBS project still carries the old name and I think it's about
time we rename it to reflect the upstream change.

I would therefore like to rename https://build.opensuse.org/projects/
devel:languages:perl6 to devel:languages:raku

I'd then also change the package name prefix from perl6- to raku- by using osc
copypac and adding appropriate Obsoletes and Provides fields.
