openSUSE admin

Dear admins,
In the bar we just came up with the idea of having two DNS redirects that would safe us a lot of typing URLs ;)
Could you please add the following redirects:

• coc.opensuse.org → https://en.opensuse.org/Code_of_Conduct
• bar.opensuse.org → https://meet-test.opensuse.org/bar
