Description
The alerts had all been resolved again on their own on 12.05.23 13:15. So the alerts were only firing for 5 minutes.
Remarks¶
- Maybe there was a network outage? There were no other alerts firing/resolving in that timeframe, though.
- Maybe the grace period should be increased - although there is already a grace period of 5 minutes¹ and problems with the ping for almost 10 minutes may not be acceptable.
- Only a subset of the workers were affected (only 15 of them).
