[dashboard] SLEM results does not point to valid url

Description

The SLEM square does reflect result count correctly, but clicking on it does not open correct url with results.
AFAIK It's happening only with all versions SLEM results.
For example
SLEM results link without reults
Workaround
28576:libsolv Incident Results -> https://openqa.suse.de/tests/overview?build=%3A28576%3Azypper

Impact is low, it's just annoying, you have to get to the results trough the ID and all incident results.
