https://downloadcontent2.opensuse.org/ is back working.

I now changed the renew cron job to run weekly instead of monthly and to send me mail in case of issues.

I also plan to move it to downloadcontent2b so it does not depend on the old vm16c (aka downloadcontent2a) anymore.
