Hello Nick,
I am not sure you are the right person to take this ticket. please assign back to me if I am wrong.
Based on the fips test requirement on powerVM setup for SLE15SP4, we need to install SLE15SP4 GM on power platform.
so need to extract the iso image to openQA at /mnt/openqa/repo/SLE-15-SP4-Full-ppc64le-GM-Media1

You don't need anyone from QE Tools to do that. I wonder why you would need to have SLE-15-SP4-Full-ppc64le-GM-Media1 on OSD at all as that is also available on dist.suse.de and can be considered immutable. If you do need it on OSD, you already have ssh access to OSD so you can do that yourself.
