Description
We should update the wiki to MediaWiki 1.27 which was released two days ago and is a LTS release, see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.27
The update of MediaWiki core is usually boring, but we have lots of extensions (see https://en.opensuse.org/Special:Version) that might make the update more funny[tm]. The most interesting extension is probably AccessManager because the MediaWiki AuthManager changes - we'll see if this breaks AccessManager integration (which is a custom extension originally written by Darix 10 years ago).
