10.160.0.100 is not working anymore, IP was used to avoid DNS problem, I guess we can try dist.suse.de or download.suse.de
http://download.suse.de/ibs/QA:/Head/SLE-15-SP4/ and http://dist.suse.de/ibs/QA:/Head/SLE-15-SP4/ work with 10.137.50.110 & 10.137.50.100

Medium types QA_HEAD_REPO and QA_WEB_REPO is fixed.
10.160.0.100 is replaced with dist.suse.de
Jobs have been restarted
