I created a more specific needle of "installation-details-view" which also matches on the remaining time estimation being ">2:00:00". But it looks like this needle has no precedence over the less specific one, see https://openqa.suse.de/tests/406040. So I adapt the test to call an explicit check_screen on the more detailed needle and record a soft failure then.

SLE needle added and merged, TW needle needs me having either operator access on o3 which I don't have (admin page seems to be broken, too) or local TW but on lord.arch my tw does not trigger jobs, don't know why, right now.
