Observation

Similar to (poo#121597)[[https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/121597]] we also should be alerted if a system is/gets connected to our network which is missing in racktables.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: We're aware of machines which are in our network (e.g. 10.162.0.0/8) but not documented in racktables at all

Suggestions

  • Automatically check our access switches in all server locations we have which MACs are connected to which port and map them to the according racktables entries
  • Raise an alert if a mac is not known by racktables
