Motivation

Within #116623 SUSE-IT is making IPMI to hosts only accessible over jump hosts. While this might so far only be the case for production machines and not for bare-metal test machines it can still be considered to add support to the os-autoinst backend backend/ipmi.pm to go over a ssh jump host
