Tests for basic reimbursement workflow

Description
We need both unit tests and integration test for the whole reimbursement process
- Target version changed from Prototype to First version
- Target version changed from First version to Reimbursement polishment
- % Done changed from 0 to 30
- Status changed from New to In Progress
A lot of time spent in fixing and improving the tests due to a bug in a related gem (database cleaner). Updating the gem to the git version solved the issue after hours of trial and error.
First step of a integration test for the reimbursement process already done.

- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
Basic integration test covering the whole process. Should be enough for a start. Some time wasted because of a silly mistake when testing Jasny Bootstrap Uploader.
