All tests now fails on patch_and_reboot for SLE 12

openQA test in scenario sle-12-SP2-Server-DVD-Incidents-x86_64-mru-install-minimal-with-addons@64bit fails in
patch_and_reboot

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build :11138:libtasn1

Expected result

Last good: :26562:openjpeg2 (or more recent)

Likely it is now being added somewhere else as well
