Description

Steps:
s1. Install package pidgin and pidgin-plugin-otr.
s2. Enable OTR of pidgin.
s3. Send / receive message under otr mode.

Expected Result:
VP3. When OTR plugin is added, the pidgin can be used to communicate successfully.
