Steps:
1. Fresh install SLED15.
2. Connect a wireless network, set authenticate method and password,
then check box ""Remember password"" . Create a default keyring.

Note: in the right hand side of the password box, there is an icon,
right click and select ""store the password only for this user"" to make
the password stored in keyring.

3. logout, then login again.
4. Connect network via passwd after keyring is unlocked.

Note:

considering bsc#941707 is only observed in scenario: when login-keyring
has been deleted, then test point in this case could be seeing as work
well as expected.

Expected Result:
VP4: Login keyring is unlocked via pam on login and network could connect successfully.
