Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: The "packet loss" alert can not alert if hosts are down regardless of the downtime

Suggestions

  • Maybe we can use a fancy intelligent notification endpoint that pauses less critical alerts?
  • Is this only a problem for the "packet loss" alert?
  • Also think about our need to currently keep "openqaworker-arm-1: host up alert" and alike paused indefinitely as they are using automatic recovery
