Steps:

1. Launch ""User Account"" from menu.
   
2. Click User and change password
   
3. Lock screen.
   
4. Logout, login again.
   
5. Switch user, then login again.
   
6. Reboot.
   

Expected Result:
VP2. Change user's password successfully.

​VP3. Old password doesn't work, and new password works.

​VP4. Old password doesn't work, and new password works.

​VP5. Old password doesn't work, and new password works.

​VP6. Old password doesn't work, and new password works.
