Add configuration for bot-ng to use both Online and Full Mediums for Maintenance Updates in SLE-15-SPN
Description
Motivation¶
Apply changes to bot-ng configuration in order to have Online and Full medium for SLE-15-SPN.
Acceptance criteria¶
AC1: Change FLAVOR name from 'Server-DVD-Updates' to 'Full'
AC2: Introduce new FLAVOR 'Online' with similar configuration to Full
Additional information¶
- The files to apply the changes are in https://gitlab.suse.de/qa-maintenance/metadata/-/tree/master/bot-ng matching
sles*.yml - Additionally we will need to keep in sync Medium settings in openQA.
- Check with bot-ng experts if anything else is needed in MR review.
Notice we don't change test suites from Full to Online medium yet in this ticket.

Thanks for clarifying this requirements @osukup, then we might stop working on this, I don't see much benefit now on doing this, because for Full medium we would need to patch the system with zypper (which doesn't make it a good candidate for maintenance regarding stability) and we could always store an image created with Full medium unregistered, without going for a unregistered installation.
On the other hand if we switch iso for existing medium (as the Online is the preferred), some unexpected error might hit some squads with no much gain as the full behaves the same than the Online when registered.
