Hello,

I hereby request a top-level project going by "LibertaCasa" to maintain custom packages for a community of mine. In the mailing list I was told no more top level projects are being created, but maybe there is some solution? Currently I maintain my things in "home:crameleon:LibertaCasa" which is kind of ugly to share with others.
