The package python-epubmerge should be updated.
1) Branch https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:python/python-epubmerge
2) "osc co" of your home directory
3) Download the latest tar.gz from https://github.com/JimmXinu/EpubMerge/releases
4) "osc rm v2.9.0.tar.gz"
5) "osc add" for the new tar archive
6) Replace the version number in the file python-epubmerge.spec
7) "osc commit"
