Description
Most ofthe mails to microos@lists.opensuse.org are getting blocked with
the following message
Reason: The message is larger than the 40 KB maximum size
We need to be able to send release announcements to
microos@lists.opensuse.org, so the maximum size should be the same as
Factory (which is obviously larger than 40 KB)

I have increased the max size to 100Kb, that is what Factory has too.
