All the failing tests where run in openqaworker3, whose CPU is not in the compatibility list for Win11. A new WORKERCLASS
called windows11
has been created and added to openqaworker5 and openqaworker6.

After investigating with @jlausuch, it turned out that the failure was in Windows 11 jobs when assigned to openqaworker3
, due to HW requirements. As a temporary workaround, we've limited Windows 11 executions to openqaworker5
and openqaworker6
.
In the future, it would be advisable to add more workers to be able to run Windows 11 jobs.
