[qe-core] remove test modules 'sssd_openldap_functional' and ' sssd_389ds_functional' which are run in security job groups already

Due to commit:
https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/15208/files

We have replaced Replace sysauth/sssd by newer test cases,
'sssd_openldap_functional' or 'sssd_389ds_functional'

However, the same tests are covered on security job groups as well, let me try to remove the duplicate cases, and move others to security job group.

Action

AC1 - Remove the duplicated test modules from Core Maintenance Updates repo [sles15sp1+]
AC2 - Try testing the single module on older platform [sle15, and sles12sp+] in dev job group
AC3 - If everything works fine, move the job to product security job group and remove all test cases from core team
