According to https://suse.slack.com/archives/C029APBKLGK/p1657627958117859?thread_ts=1657624991.227439&cid=C029APBKLGK the problem should have been resolved already. The problem was a link loop introduced by maintenance work by SUSE-IT. The Jira-SD ticket was updated. https://monitor.qa.suse.de/alerting/list?state=not_ok looks all green again. I retriggered failed tests with

result="result='failed'" host=openqa.suse.de failed_since="2022-07-12 12:00" ./openqa-advanced-retrigger-jobs
