a tool to extract and merge the translations is required
merged upstream, Stanislav, could you please add https://github.com/openSUSE/download.o.o to weblate? I've already set up the hooks.

could you also take care of moving the migrated community-repositories.* files then please?

Webhook is already set.
Files from LCN were checked (no new commit appeared in the time between), deleted, committed to SVN as revisions 95742 and 95743.
Note that pot file contains invalid source references. These point to a temporary .h files. Even if I overwrite them, it still points to invalid line numbers.
File references can be fixed by adding
sed '/#:/s/.in.h:/.in:/g' <$@.tmp >$@
to Makefile.
Line numbers are not easily fixable.
As the importance of source references is low here, I decided to disable source code browsing from Weblate.
