Description
A recent issue was found in python3.9 image about dependency problems when installing python39-devel.

To prevent this things in the future, test_python.py shall add that package and other related ones in test_python.py.
Acceptance criteria¶
- Add a new test in test_python.py to install python-devel packages (all versions)
- Investigate and find more packages like this that users might install and add them to the tests.
