Observation¶
During the work on #112718 I have found many error reports in journalctl -u telegraf on osd:
Jun 21 09:02:30 openqa telegraf[11179]: 2022-06-21T07:02:30Z E! [inputs.procstat] Error in plugin: open /sys/fs/cgroup/systemd/system.slice/salt-master.service/cgroup.procs: no such file or directory
Jun 21 09:02:30 openqa telegraf[11179]: 2022-06-21T07:02:30Z E! [inputs.procstat] Error in plugin: open /sys/fs/cgroup/systemd/system.slice/openqa-scheduler.service/cgroup.procs: no such file or directory
this was during the time when salt-master and openqa-scheduler were not running so likely due to that. However would be nice if we could prevent this error messages.

- Related to coordination #112718: [alert][osd] openqa.suse.de is not reachable anymore, response times > 30s, multiple alerts over the weekend added
