Description

As the PR has already implement the liboauth test, but it is only working in SCC registration.
https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/11673

Because the liboauth0 and libqt5-qtbase source package cannot be retrieved from Source Pool.

We need to do some enhance on the code to check if it can work only on SCC.
