anna has 600 mails queued for those addresses, but mx12.suse.de always says "450 4.1.1 Recipient address rejected: unverified address: User has moved to [ or ]".
If those users have indeed left the company, it really ought to be a permanent reject, a 550.

Wrt "User has moved to [ or ]", it was meant to say "address or unknown".

Lars had a quick look at the list of addresses and confirmed that at least half of those had left SUSE. I still think it ought to be a 550 reject but that's not my problem. With a 450, we will retry for a while, then we send an NDR, and eventually the address will be unsubscribed from the mailing list. I don't know if other sources (e.g. progress.o.o, OBS) will do any probing and automatic disabling.
