Motivation

Even though #91605#note-18 extended apparmor rules, we find ourselves wondering several days after why the hooks won't work.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: CI on PR's fails if apparmor rules are invalid

Suggestions

  • Test file access in a container
  • Validate apparmor rules statically
