open333 non-members of yast-commit.lists.opensuse.org are srs rewrites?

Description
On yast-commit, 332 non-member addresses are of the form:
srs0=......domain=address@opensuse.org
A quick glance suggests they are virtually all noreply@github or jenkins@suse.
I will have to check if something is wrong with our srs rewrites on mx12.

I guess mailman looks at the envelope address, which is sensible. However, we should only be SRS rewriting the envelope when an email is sent to "@opensuse.org", so I wonder if the issue is - at least for jenkins@suse and noreply@github - that they are sending to the old list address, i.e. yast-commit@opensuse.org ?

Looking at bugs.lists, the situation is similar. 1306 non-members have srs-rewritten addresses. I suspect the same issue, that mails are sent to the old list address "@opensuse.org".
