BCI-tests / test_python.py include now some more tests of communication and computation capabilities
1) Test that the python simple webserver is able to open a given port into the container
2) Test that the python wget library running a proper program copied into the container, is able to fetch files from a webserver
3) Test that the python tensorflow library running a proper program installed into the container, can be used for ML calculations
