Manual Test case:

The packages looks not yet released to Build Public Beta 101.1.
current ver. : stunnel-5.57-3.11.1.x86_64
Will test it once the package is ready.
BTW, there are 2 bugs need to be retested on new package.

VNC tests are blocked with unknown issue, even stunnel is established, It hangs at there, seems caused by vncviewer, I will file a new bug to track it.
instead, I will use http to test the function.

My bad, I tried to connect to server's stunnel port rather than client one.
It can pass with code changes now:
