Description

We use already clone_system.yaml for SLE YaST, but it is not the case for Tumbleweed.
Adapt clone_system.yaml under schedule/functional for Tumbleweed.

prepare changes in clone_system.yaml for TW and add later YAML_SCHEDULE in test suite clone_system on O3.
