My change for #106880 will fix this as well. It is likely sufficient to create one ticket for each category of error messages, e.g. in this case for error messages logged when processing job template API requests.

That's why I added it to the list of related tickets, as well as other tickets.
I think it's good to have the specific error message in the title though.
